Bringing together the best game development courses, unique hands-on projects, and support through placements and internships, PlayStation First is SIE’s global Academic Development Program.

As part of the program, educational establishments can access PlayStation development tools as well as guidance and support.

Platform licences

We think that emerging development talent should have complete access to PlayStation development tools. Our registered institutions get exclusive access to PlayStation development kits and software.

PlayStation®4

PlayStation First is open to legally registered institutions who can demonstrate the use of PlayStation technologies as a critical part of the curriculum. However, individuals are not eligible to apply.
